Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese electronic parts company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Handling daily accounting duties of Hong Kong Branch office, A/R , A/P duties(mainly A/P)
-Prepare documentation for accounting
-Manage smooth finance reporting, cooperate with accounting firms and auditor for outsourcing
-Support in admin duties such as labor/general affairs
-Communicate with HQ and Japanese staffs
-Ad-hoc duties upon request
Requirements
-Working experience in Japanese company as Account and Admin
-Experience working with an auditor
-Basic knowledge and experience of handling monthly/annual account closing
-Someone who can work independently and cooperate with colleagues
-Good command of English, Mandarin and Japanese(N2)
