Company Overview
Our client, a foreign technology company, a looking for a high calibre to fill their team.
Job Description
•Build long-term profitable and effective relationships with company’s largest existing sell and buy-side clients, while driving sustainable growth
•Encourage engagement and successful usage of the company system
•Regularly visit users and managers in Japan
•Source new leads from existing accounts, and work with other team members to ensure the leads are converted
•Discover new sales and new product opportunities
•Develop models and methods for assessing changes to contract/service charges
•Help to ensure subscription renewals for the region
•Liaise with the Account Managers and our regional offices to ensure new clients are followed up, and that requests for ideas are given priority by the major accounts
•Ensure major clients understand the benefits of introducing new clients or brokers to the company
Requirements
MUST:
•At least 4 years of experience in commission driven sales
•Extensive knowledge in the Japan market (ideally in wholesale finance)
•Experience in working with Japanese clients
•Proactive Account management experience
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Fluent spoken and written Japanese and English
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferable:
•Familiarity with the interactions between equity brokers and their clients
•Solid knowledge of the Equities Market
•Previous experience in financial software products as a vendor, specifically in Alpha Capture, on demand analytic and portfolio management solutions
•Familiar with market data, portfolio management or similar systems
Additional Job Information
Package:
Salary: 25K - 35K (plus 10% incentive of the total fee for successful deals)
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 18:00
