Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese industrial refrigerator and showcase manufacturer, is seeking for a Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer to fill their team
Job Description
•Answer phone calls and receive orders from customers
•Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
•Issue quotations and invoices, follow-up orders from customers
•Communicate closely with Japanese technicians to explain customers’ needs
•Lease with Japan headquarter
•Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
•2 – 3 years of customer service is preferred (3 – 4 years of clerical experience will also be considered)
•JLPT N2 or above (or with equivalent qualification)
•Native in Cantonese, good in English
•Proficiency in Mandarin in a plus but not necessary
•Polite, patient and pay close attention to customers’ needs
Additional Job Information
•Salary: 14 – 20K (depends on experience)
•Work Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 18:00, Alternate Sat 9:00 – 13:00
