Our client is a Japanese securities firm with office in Hong Kong Island, they are now seeking for the below:
Job Description
• Work closely with business leaders to support and achieve business manpower requirement with focus on talent acquisition and talent management
• Advise managers on HR policies and best practices, building and leveraging strong relationships in the business
• Perform all-rounded recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, background check, offer proposal to new staff orientation
• Drive and implement the talent management activities including performance management, staff relations, staff communications, training & development, promotion and succession planning
• Possess sophisticated skills in handling staff issues including disciplinary matters
• Be responsible for updating company policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with employment related ordinances and government regulations
• Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits market trends and offer professional advice
• Manage various types of employee survey to gauze viewpoints and level of satisfaction. Contribute survey findings to HR metrics and HR analytics reports, and subsequently leading to making strategic HR decisions
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• University degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Over 6 years of relevant Human Resources working experience from sizable financial institutions or securities firms
• Proactive with self-driven desire to succeed with demonstrated background thriving in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Detail-minded, mature, independent and respectful to others with excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally a candidate who is a good team player, and be able to work together with other business functions
