Our client is one of the prestigious Japanese securities firm with office in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a highly motivated individual to join their Corporate Access department. Candidates with strong Japanese speaking language ability are welcome to apply.
Job Description
- Assist the team Corporate Access for events management
- Responsible for overall events organization, management for the team
- Plan and organize seminars and road shows of listed companies for global investors
- Work closely with equity sales, research analysts and investment banking team to develop, nurture and manage relationship with Japanese listed companies in Asia
- Invite senior executives of Japanese listed companies in Asia to join road shows and present their company background, operation and performance to global clients
- Deal with external agencies for communication
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese Speaker with good English (business level)
- Around 3 years’ experience in securities or banking industry would be ideal
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and all level of staff
- Capable of using MS office, e.g. Excel, Word etc.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and work independent with excellent presentation skills
