Company Overview<br/>Our client , a famous shipping and logistics company is now looking for the candidates as below:<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>-Verify invoices against agreement and ensure that each payment with proper approval documents in accordance with our policies & procedures<br/>-Monitor payments trends ad clarify with stakeholders if there is abnormal payment or unexpected expense<br/>-Prepare month-end closing within the monthly deadline<br/>-Prepare the cost analysis reports<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Diploma or above in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines<br/>-2 years' accounting and cost control experience ( in Shipping/Logistics industry or cost control center will be advantage )<br/>-Proficiency in MS office, especially in MS Excel<br/>-With an experience in SAP will be advantage<br/>-Details minded & well organized with "can do" attitude<br/>-Good command of both written and spoken in English<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>[Working hours]<br/>-Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00<br/><br/>[Allowance]<br/>-Medical: Yes with dental<br/>-Double pay: Yes<br/>-Sick allowance: Yes<br/>-Annual Leave: Stat from 15 days , Max 17 days<br/>-OT allowance: Yes<br/>-Location Kwun Tong<br/><br/>
