Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese manufacturer and distributor which is dealing with cosmetics and accessories goods is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Arrange delivery schedule, order goods and manage the lead term and quality
-Liaise with suppliers in China
-Manage the stock quality of the Japanese warehouse
-Handle documentations such as INV/PL
-Communicate with the HQ in Japan
-Business trip to China (mainly Shanghai) is required once in 2-3 months
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or above
-At least 3 years working experience in purchasing and import/export operations role
-Excellent command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
-Proficient in MS office application
-Responsible, good communication skills and self-motivated
-Immediately available is an advantage
