Job Description
-Provide support to Account Executive Officers after sales services
-Follow up documents from clients
-Answering phone calls from both internal and external customer
-Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
-Assists in any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-College Diploma or above with recognized insurance professional qualification such as ANZII, IIQE
-Around 3 years’ experience in client servicing and Insurance is preferred
-Excellent customer services, Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good command of Japanese, English and Chinese
-Proficiency in MS application
-Self-motivated and can work independently
