Company Overview
Our client, a worldwide automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a candidate with the following:

Job Description
-　Provides first-line support to company employees to resolve computer software and hardware and networking problems
-　Troubleshooting and solving user PCs software and hardware problem
-　Monitor and perform system patches
-　Assistant to support to deploy new IT projects
-　Administration and troubleshooting of the corporate email
-　Share folder creation and user access
-　Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT assistant manager

Requirements
-　Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
-　2 year's of hands-on PC hardware, software (MS Office, O365 suites) and OS support experience
-　Hands-on experience supporting all levels of IT infrastructure as well as Windows, Network and Telephony will be an advantage
-　Responsible, well-organised and able to work under pressure
-　Independent and self-motivated with good communication skills
-　Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
