Job Description
‐Assist Preparing HKMA's reports(Banking returns)
‐Assist Audit preparation, expenses payment, market transaction, system input and general administrations
‐Report to Japanese Manager and 2 more Hong Kong people in the team
‐Engage for filing, typing, Greeting guest, and all company related administration etc...
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 1 year experience in banking and finance industry
-Candidate with Accounting, Admin experience in any industry is also considered
-Excellent command of English and Mandarin
-Familiar with MS office
-Stable and Good communication skill
