Job Description
- Supervise and monitor all of sales teams
- Formulate and track team KPI
- Prepare action plans and promotional ideas monthly
- Liaise with sales agencies and monitor their performance
- Cooperate with judgement team
- Prepare reports to directors weekly and hold monthly meetings for the team
- Establish new guidelines and workflow for the team to ensure the most appropriate working environment
- Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals
- Develop people
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business will be an advantage
- Solid management/leadership experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Basic level on Excel / Word / Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal skill (Cheerful & Proactive)
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Great analytical and presentation skill.
