Job Description
•Respond to customers’ inquiries or complaints by phone, email and social network platform in a professional and courteous manner
•Determine appropriate investigation, solution and follow up about customers’ inquiries or complaints
•Manage and update the customer relation policies in line with the company standard
•Provide feedback to management or co-worker in order to promote a continual improvement the company’s services
Requirements
•Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
•With minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services, client relationship management
•Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good attitude, polite and with good problem solving skills
•Proficient in PC operations
•Immediate availability is preferred
