Job Description
- Provide customer support.
- Contacting customer by phone, e-mail and SNS chat.
- Build up reliability from customers with the sound knowledge of own brand products and promotion.
- Search the potential needs of customers, contribute to product improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Japanese
- Good Writing & Speaking skill of English.
- Related Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in MS office (Especially Excel)
- Studied or Worked in Japan more than 1 year.
