Our client, a Japanese company specialized in production and trading of automotive components / parts, they are looking for below talent to join their team
Job Description
•Communicate with customers and handle their enquiries and complaints
•Follow up with the shipment arrangement to ensure smooth delivery
•Prepare PO and invoices, perform data entry into system
•Coordinate between internal parties, customers as well as suppliers for order follow up
•Assist in any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
•Diploma or above in any discipline
•Good command in English and Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese would be an advantage
•Detail-oriented, well organized, willing to learn and strong communication skills
•Fresh graduate is welcome
•Immediate available is preferred
