Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Financial service company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following.
Job Description
-Responsible for all accounting aspects including full set of accounts, month-end closing, annual audit as well as budgeting and variance & performance analysis
-Responsible for office administration and all-round human resources affairs(except recruitment)
-Responsible for System administration including creating and managing user accounts, maintaining server system and email services
-Ensure compliance with company regulations
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 8 years relevant working experience with around 3 years supervisor role
-Experience in handling full set of account
-Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
-Good command of both written & spoken English
-Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
-Proficient in MS Office
-Responsible, self-motivated, independent and hard-working
