Company Overview
Our client, Japanese insurance company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
•Providing client servicing support to the existing and potential Japanese clients (Such as negotiation, implementation, placement and administration)
•Working closely with the insurers on policy quotation
•Handle / follow up insurance claims
•Prepare renewal and quotation slip
•Handle enquiries from clients / insurers
•Assist in ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
•With at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, broking firm is preferred
•Business level in written and spoken Japanese & English
•Passed in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 & 3 or a member of ANZIIF is preferable
•Good communication skills, proactive and willing to take initiative
•Proficiency in MS office
