Cost Controller - Construction

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese construction company, is looking for a suitable candidate for Cost Control Officer.

Job Description
- Analyze and report cost rate of every project
- Manage budget, actual cost of the project.
- Checking the cash flow and proceeds and expenses, handling A/P duties.
- Work closely with Accounting department (Accounting Manager & Accountant)

Requirements
- Degree holder (Accounting Major is an advantage)
- Solid experience of accounting duties especially of cost management.
- A/P skill is a must.
- Experience of Market Analyst is also welcome.
- Smart and good interpersonal skill

20K - 30K (Depends on experience)
