Company Overview
Our client, one of Japanese famous logistics forwarder is now looking for candidate as following conditions,
Job Description
-Perform as coordinator and adjust client’s inquiry to operation team in HK and internal staff in Japan
-Confirm the situation, prepare reports such as progress and improvement report if any troubles occurred
-Responsible for mainly Japanese customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
-Ensure service commitments fulfilled & meet client's requirements
-Visit client if necessary (eg. new business)
-Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
-Above 3 years of shipping or logistics working experience is required
-Working experience in forwarder is advantage
-Excellent commands of Japanese ( Speaking & Writing )
-Good commands of English
-Strong communication skill, cooperative, and coordination skill preferred
Additional Job Information
Package
-HKD 16,000 - HKD 22,000 ( Depends on experience )
-Working Hour: Mon – Fri 09:00 - 17:30, Sat. 09:00-13:00 (bi-weekly)
-Annual Leave : 14 days / 1st year
