Job Description
Provide tea service
Handle Stationery ordering and stock checking.
Assist for administrative work such as filing, scanning and data inputting & newspaper/documents distribution, etc.
Miscellaneous: general office works such as back up receptionist, outdoor works, office tidy up and office equipment checking, etc.
Other works as assigned
Requirements
Secondary graduate
At least 4-5 years' relevant working experience
Fair spoken English
Responsible, independent and a good team player
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Basic computer knowledge such as Excel and Word
