Our client, a well-known beauty care brand, they are currently seeking a HR Manager to join their HK office to drive strategic initiatives across the firm.
Job Description
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll and performances management
Responsible for updating HR related files including policies, legislation and handbook, etc.
Understand and ensure appropriate staffing needs for all departments
Identify areas for staff development and training
Manage all staff grievances and issues
Conduct remuneration package benchmarking for appraisals and management requirements
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and conflict resolution
Well-versed on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
