Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Chemical & Plastics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Handle daily accounts receivables, accounts payable, and journal entries independently
- Handle cheque payments & bank reconciliations
- Responsible for remittance incoming including liaison with internal customer services team
- Assist in month end closing
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Above 1- 2 years working experience in accounting is required
- Business level in English & Mandarin
- Self-motivated, well organized, diligent, with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS office software, incl. Word, Excel, and SAP system
- Short notice or Immediate available is preferable
Additional Job Information
- Salary: HKD 14,000 – HKD 17,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 17:30
- Double pay & Discretionary bonus
- Annual Leave: 8 days / 1st year, Max 15 days
