Our client, a famous Japanese F&B company is looking for an expansion headcount to fill up their team.
Job Description
•Handle staff recruitment cycle not limited to sourcing candidates, advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, and on-board process etc.;
•Build strong relationship with line managers and external parties
•Work closely with various departments to provide effective recruitment strategies and services
•Prepare for manpower analysis and reports for management’s review
Requirements
•Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
•Minimum 5 years related experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferred in retail industry
•Passionate, energetic with strong communication skills
•Solid project management experience is a must
•Good command of English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
