Job Description
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and managing an organization’s corporate-wide compliance program
- Provide timely and accurate reports on new requirements with solution driven processes to implement changes.
- Prepare report such as Annual report, sustainability report, or cooperate governance report, etc.
- Assist in the revision and/or design of forms, products, web site, programs, and promotions
- Draft and revise company policies, and disclose information
- Communicate with CFO, and secretary in Singapore
- Business trip to Singapore ( 2-3 times / year )
Requirements
Requirement
- Bachelor degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or related area
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Strong ability to read and understand compliance laws and regulations
- Business level in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & etc.)
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance would be advantage
Packages
- HKD 30,000 – HKD 40,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Mon-Fri / Working hour 09:00-18:00
- Double pay & Discretionary bonus
- Annual leave: 7 days / 2nd year, Max: 28 days )
