Job Description
Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a sales coordinator for the expansion
Requirements
•Liaising with suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents;
•Prepare quotation with cost calculation and monthly report;
•Experience in review purchase contract and order processing in SAP system;
•Coordinate with customers and internal parties to ensure daily logistic operations on schedule;
•Follow up inventory management and deal with customer inquiries
Additional Job Information
• Diploma Holder in Shipping/ Logistics or related disciplines or above
• With a min 1 years’ experience in electronics trading company.
• Familiar with China and overseas import and export procedures
•Self-motivated,well-organized, independent and responsible
•Good English and Fluent Mandarin, Japanese speaking is required
