Financial Planning & Accounting Manager

Company Overview
Our client, a distributors of electronic component parts company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -

Job Description
•Deliver timely and accurate reports for management reference and coordinate annual budgetary process.
•Consolidate and analyze monthly management reports according to USGAAP and Corporate requirement.
•Analyze financial statements to identify potential risks and operating results, identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
•Work with country finance team to prepare financial analysis for OC and Board Meetings.
•Coordinate with country finance team for audit review and final audit and review the draft submissions.
•Assisting ad-hoc assignment from management

Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
2.CPA with at least 4 years audit experience with Big4.
3.Proven working experience at MNC in FPA area is definitely an advantage.
4.Well working knowledge of standard Accounting principles & practices.
5.Proven interpersonal skills, can work across all levels from within an organization
6.Strong business sense and demonstrated people management skills
7.Strong communication skills, including English language and Mandarin
8.Strong analytical and problem solving skill
9.Excellent PC skills in performing extensive analysis – modelling, analysis, tracking and evaluating.
