Job Description
Our client, a leading Japanese IT company. They are currently seeking a right candidate to join their team.
Human Resources & Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handel company HR functions covering recruitment, C&B, training & development, and employee relationship, Promotion & Welfare
Benefits, Payroll/Performance Appraisal/Bonus calculation and Provident fund related etc.
- Assist in producing all salaries taxation related Tax Return to HK Governance & follow-up with staff
- To handle general administration independently (Arrangement for Travel/Staff Record/Asset/Security/Database control/Company event/Renovation/misc.)
- Responsible for receptionist duties (tea serving if needed & phone picking up)
Requirements:
•Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- 3 years above to handle HR & Admin operation.
•Good knowledge in Labour ordinance, MPF ordinance and related HR regulations.
•Good PC skill in MS office application.
•Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese is an advantage.
•Immediate available is highly preferred
