Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese Financial service provider is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Manage and handle customer complaints and inquiries(part time staff will mainly handle them after recruitment)
-Report to Japanese Directors and support team members
-Set up FAQ / ticket system pages
-Prepare basic operation manual for both management & subordinates, review and update in a regular basis
-Content creation and management of sales materials including template, PPT, document translation, etc.
-Manage and monitor a wide variety of communications and social media activities, including but not limited to Homepage, Zendesk, telegram, skype and other necessary platforms or channels in order to give update and a prompt feedback to the end users
-Assist in Human Resource(recruiting) activity for part-time staff for CS position
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years solid CS experience / more than 3-year experience in management level (need to supervise more than 5 subordinates) in related industry
-Skilled with customer service software (JIRA, Zendesk etc.) is a must
-A strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Someone willing to solve problems and improving situations
-Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English
-Well-organized, detail minded and able to work independently
Package
-26K-40K(negotiable/depends on experience)
-Mon-Fri(9:00am-6:00pm)
-Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
-AL 1st year 10days, Max 14 days
