our client, subsidiary of a well-known state-owned enterprise group which is listed in both Mainland China and HK stock exchanges. Their business in HK including offshore M&A, financial investment, trade settlement and financing, asset management, corporate treasury center etc. Due to business expanding rapidly and their are inviting high caliber candidates to join the group.
Job Description
Well establish and maintain a risk control and compliance management system as well as coordinating with various departments to implement risk and compliance management regulations and processes;
Conduct compliance audits of company decisions and major business activities, supervise and inspect legal compliance status of the company and project operations as well as internal risk control.
Implement compliance risk monitoring, identify, evaluate and report compliance risks ensuring the compliance and efficient operation of each business;
Coordinate with business line compliance risks, participate in the development of new business, identify and evaluate compliance risks, and provide risk warnings and proper resolutions;
Based on different investment business types, collect, collate, verify, analyze or verify on-site risk information and take charge of risk monitoring and measure tracking;
Work closely with internal and external lawyers to draft and review contracts, agreements and related materials;
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree holder in Law, Risk Control or related disciplines;
7 years or above experience in compliance and risk control of financial, securities and investment industries;
Familiar with HK Laws, SFC & HKEX Rules and regulations;
Strong sense of risk, rigorous work principles, ability to identify, judge risks and deal with all kinds of sudden risk events;
Strong organizational management, communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit. Good professional ethics, sense of responsibility and dedication.
Excellent command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English;
Candidate with less experience can be considered as Senior Compliance and Risk Control Manager.
