Job Description
Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, research and due diligence under minimum supervision
Support the team in M&A project management
Analyzing and valuing potential acquisition opportunities
Help maintaining client and transaction database

Requirements
Requirements;

Degree holder or above in Finance or relevant disciplines
Qualification in CPA /CFA is preferred
Min of 3-5 years working experience at M&A / deal / transaction Advisory team in Big 4, or M&A advisory firms
Strong Financial analysis, financial modelling, documentation, research and due diligence skills is required
Excellent command of both English and Cantonese is required
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as M & A Analyst
