Accounting Manager - Consumer Finance

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese consumer finance company is looking for suitable candidates as the following

Job Description
-Supervise a small team of members
-Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations
-Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed
-Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidation are completed in timely manner
-Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis
-Provide consolidation packages to Parent company
-Participate in the research, development and preparation of accounting policy and procedures as required
-Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks
-Liaise with external auditors
-Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements
-Degree in Accounting or related discipline with ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent qualification
-Around 8 years’ relevant working experience in accounting / finance field with 3 years’ experience at management level
-Knowledge of accounting standard IFRS9 and related system program development
-Good accounting and taxation knowledge
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Strong Business sense and innovative to initiate change internally
-Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Sun Account and internet banking is a plus
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Immediate available is highly preferred
