Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Assist in checking, preparing and sending out document to clients
- Review and consolidate new or renewal data from ceding companies
- Answer or reply enquiries from ceding companies or reinsurers
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE or higher
- Relevant and solid working experience in insurance field is required
- At least 1-2 years working experience is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Package
- HKD 16,000 – HKD 18,000
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 – 17:45
- Double pay & Discretionary Bonus
- Annual Leave: 12 days / 1st year ( Max around 18 days )
