Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company, they are now looking for candidate to join their team.
Japanese speaking HR and Admin officer
Responsibility
Assist General Manager and AGM in managing Admin & HR activities in Hong Kong
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including end-to-end recruitment activities.
Monitor and maintain compensation & benefits, including pay plan, benefits program, etc.
Manage general office administration functions, including office supplies procurement, printing, document storage system, housekeeping and facilities management
Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
University graduate in HR Management is an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ HR experience
Well versed in HR program, Recruitment & Placement , Training & Development, Performance management , Salary & welfare
Experience with systems and processes an advantage
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations of Hong Kong
High proficient in business Japanese is required
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Location: Central
5 days work week
