Japanese Speaking Accountant

Our client, a leading office furniture suppliers around the world.  To further support Japan business, they are now hiring suitable candidates to join the company as a Japanese Speaking Accountant. 


 Responsibilities:

- Direct report to group Financial Controller in Hong Kong. 

- Handle full set accouting functions and prepare financial statement, report on time and compliance with IFRS standard. 

- Ensure accounting system is compliance with company's policies and local regulation.    

- Provide inter-company reconciliations, explan group accounting policies to subsidaries, associates, and auditors in Japan. 

- Assist in consolidation and report to Japan HQ

- Support in translation of Japanese documents to English

Requirements:

•Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.

•Minimum 3 years of working experience in consolidation, full-set accounting.

•Familiar to work in IFRS standard, taxation and other legal and compliance regulations.

•Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of computerized accounting system preferred; 

•Good command of  Japanese is a must; good in mandarin is also required.

•Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills;

•Reliable, with Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

 Working hours:

Mon – Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm

Sat. (Once per month) – 9:00am – 1:00pm
