Our client, Japanese famous air Services company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Cargo Services Assistant Manager - Air Services / Airline
Responsibilities
• Ensure safety operation & Prepare operational reports
• Ensure all aspects operation of Export and import Cargo are performed as per company standards
• Support Head office to negotiate contract with ground handling agents
• Review claims resulting from missing or damaged cargo
• Provide training and coaching to team members by ensuring teammates are working in their assigned areas
with adequate knowledge for follow up the task
• Provide advice on maintaining and improving cost effective ways to make the job efficiently and safety.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve departmental goals and carry out staff performance reviews
• Strategy and planning – including the development of operational strategies and budget preparation
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor degree is required
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience at a Management level within an Air Cargo business
and have a solid knowledge of Air Cargo Operation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin )
• Proficiency in Japanese speaking will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
• Working at Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal is required.
Package
• Salary: ~ HKD 25,000 ( Negotiable / Depends on experience )
• Mon – Fri : Working hour 09:00-17:25
Sat, Sun, Public holiday : Shift work 09:00-17:25, 11:00-19:25, 21:30-05:55, 01:30-09:55, etc.
