Our client is a logistic company, they are now looking for following position..
Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer - Logistics
Responsilibities:
- Provide customer service to support Japanese client in air cargo logistics such as booking for schedulem, pre-approval from destination...etc.
- Communicate with supplier on loading plan for each flight and monitor the airline shipment and follow up.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirement:
- Higher diploma in business / logistic field.
- 2- 3 years customer service expereince in supply chain / logistric field related with Air cargo.
- Good in Japanese, English with good telephone manner.
- Knowledge IATA Dangerour goods regulation.
Location: Lai Chi Kok
