Our client, a Japanese financial solution provider is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Duties
- Follow up with Japanese Directors and division members
- Crypto Asset administration (Trading, Account maintenance)
- P/L administration works
- Manage documentation work and parts of admin work between Accounting team of HQ
- Deal with Administrative clients payments and contracts
- Arrange and coordinate CRM assist for Division Head
- Human Resource activity assistant
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Knowledge in accounting, HR and admin is prefered
- Strong numeric ability
- High experience and expert in Excel
- Excellent command of Japanese(JLPT N1), English and Mandarin
- Good coordination skills with a responsible and mature manner
- Well-organized, detail minded, able to work independently
Package
- 24K~30K
- Mon-Fri(9:00am-6:00pm)
- Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
- AL 1st year 10days, Max 14 days
- Extra Company Holiday(6 days/year)
- Medical Insurance
- Transportation allowance
- School support allowance (up to 500HKD/month)
