Our client, a Japanese manufacturer & trading company is now looking for the following candidate -
Job Description
Responsible to track and control shipments from factories up to distribution to customers (local, PRC & overseas) in accordance with planning
Liaise with customer, factory, forwarders and courier companies to maintain smooth operation;
Responsible for Handle full set of I/E documents
To coordinate with factories and forwarders for shipping schedule
Tradelink declaration
To handle the online related documents
Job Requirements
Form 5 or above in Shipping / Logistics Management;
5 years or above shipping experience especially in China and overseas import/export procedure
Familiar with IE regulations and trade terms
Good at Microsoft Office and Tradelink system
Independent, responsible and good team player
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Immediate available is highly preferred
