Japanese Speaking Corporate Planning Officer - Financial Servicing

Our client, a Japanese finance company is now looking for the following candidate to fulfill their elite team - 

 Responsibilities:

·          Report to the Head of Management Strategy Division

·          Support and coordinate new business strategic initiatives and activities

·          Actively participate in new business projects and follow through implementation

·          Support management on corporate planning to ensure the operations in line with the pre-set strategic direction

·          Assist in preparing schedules, memos and presentations for management review and circulation for board of directors’ meeting

·          Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and presentations for Hong Kong and Greater China area

·          Facilitate communication between Head Office & Branch Office

·          Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

·          University Degree holder in accounting or relevant disciplines

·          2-3years’ relevant working experience in financial services sector

·          Proficient in spoken and written Japanese(JPLT N1 is preferred), English & Cantonese; fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage

·          Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point

·          Able to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

·          Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skill and able to work well with all levels

·          Reliable, independent and self-motivated

·          Attention to details and strong numerical sense
