Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese trading company, which is the subsidiary of one of the biggest electronics manufacturer in Japan, is looking for a Sales Assistant as followings:
Job Description
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including delivery arrangement
- Contact factories & clients in China, Thailand, and Hong Kong
- Ensure their service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
- Business trip to China is rarely happened (max: 1 or 2 times/ year)
Requirements
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduate and no relevant experience is welcomed
- Gentle, cheerful, and friendly character
- Immediately available is highly advantage
Additional Job Information
12,500 – 13,000 HKD
Mon – Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
