Our client, Japanese famous electric manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant as followings:
Job Description
-Assist the Japanese Sales Manager
-Communicate with suppliers and factory to keep good relationships
-Cooperate with suppliers and vendors for delivery arrangement
-Preparing documents for shipping, customs, quotation and invoicing
-Occasionally pack the products / materials stocked in the office
-Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Immediately available
- Someone who prefers back office duty and routine work
- Able to work small size company (total: 4)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Additional Job Information
During probation: 12,000 HKD
After probation: 13,000HKD
- Mon-Fri : 9am – 6pm
- Transportation: No

- Over Time Allowance: No

- Travel Allowance: No *no need to perform business trip
- Annual Leave: starts from 10days after probation, plus 1 day after 5th year
