Japanese Speaking Sales & Marketing Assistant / Officer

Company Overview
Our client, a subsidiary of one of the Japan’s leading multi-media publication company, is looking high caliber person to join their team.

Job Description
•Visit new and existing customers / partners with senior manager to explore business opportunities
•Handle customers’ inquiries and follow up projects
•Assist the senior manager to prepare sales and marketing proposals and business reports, such as sales analysis and sales forecast
•Communicate and work with partners and Japan headquarter to ensure promotion event and sales activities being carried out according to plan
•Translate documents from Japanese to English or Chinese or vice versa
•Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements
•Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Japanese related disciplines
•2 years or above sales & marketing experience, preferable in media industry or Japanese companies. Less experience would be considered as Sales & Marketing Assistant
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Good commands in both written and spoken Japanese (JLPT 2 or above), English and Putonghua
•Outgoing, good communication skill, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
•Fond of Japan and Japanese culture
•Immediate available would be an advantage

Additional Job Information
Package:
Salary: 15 - 20K or above (Negotiable, depends on experience)
Work Hours: 9:00 - 18:00
