Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese electronic parts company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, customs declaration, L/C documents
-Data entry
-Follow up shipping schedules with suppliers
-Coordinate with vendors and forwarders
-Assist in product control such as inventory control
-Assist in admin duty
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 1 year related experience
-Working experience in a Japanese company
-Good command of English & Mandarin
-Knowledge in Japanese is advantage
-Someone with good conversation skills
Package
-Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 17:30
-Annual Leave: 10 days / 1st year
-Double Pay & Discretionary Bonus
