Our client is a Japanese bank with presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high caliber - Manager to join the professional finance department. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
To solicit business opportunities in respect of mortgage and loan
Generate referral opportunities from professional clients
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Min. 4 years relevant experience, working as Marketing/Customer services post in Mortgage & loan sector in banking preferable with proven track record in mortgage sales.
Familiar with mortgage procedures, documentation and underwriting guidelines are also preferable
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Possess good business network with property agents or solicitor firms
Highly motivated, confident and a strong team-player.
Excellent of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office application
