Work details
Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Duties
Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Handle security system of the company
To monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase of new material
Support organizing office activities such as venue setup, facilities & team arrangement, etc
To arrange annual inspection of fire service equipment and renew certificate
To organize annual fire drill with Management Office
Support general administrative work
To assigned other jobs by superior
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
- With at least 2 years working experience in general affairs work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent to handle work
- A good team player
- Good in Japanese (N2 / JLPT2 or above). Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
