Our client, a Japanese plastic trading and manufacturing company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:



Japanese Speaking Shipping Officer & Sales Assistant


Responsibilities
- Receive orders from trading company and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and report
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited delivery control
- Delivery arrangement, which is placing & shipping an order from Dongguan Factory
- To ensure our service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Request Japan head office to make documents related to quality control once received from trading company
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required

Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant shipping operation experience especially in China export arrangement
- Excellent command of Japanese ( Reading and Writing)
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of TEC SYSTEM will be an advantage
- Start to work from November

Package
- HKD 18,000 – HKD 20,000
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri /  09:00 - 17:30 ( Lunch: 12:15-13:30 )
- Double Pay
- Annual Leave : Yes  (After probation) 1st year 7 days, max 14 days
- Food allowance HKD 700 / month- Hung Hom
