Japanese Speaking e-Banking Client Support (1-year renewable contract)
Responsibilities:
• Assist to team in e-banking customer migration project.
• Provide on-site customer support for e-banking migration and software installation.
• Address any technical inquiries and assist customers in documentation and operation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service and implementation.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English; Mandarin and Cantonese speaking skills an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
