Technology Application Support Staff

Our client, a wealth management company, is looking for a web designer with following requirements:


Technology Application Support Staff (Reporting to Technology Application Manager)



Responsibility

- Provide support, upgrade, troubleshooting to bank's business operation applications. Including bank’s corporate website, core banking system T24, AML checking system, HKMA regulatory reporting system.

- Provide support to bank’s database infrastructure.  i.e. Backup and restore database, configure database’s HA architecture.

- Develop scripts to automate daily operations

- Communicate with users to create technical requirements

- Facility communication between users and external vendor to provide technical and business advices.

- Development of standard, policies and manual in applications



 

Qualification

- Hands-on experience in supporting banking and wealth management applications in banks in HK

- Experience with various banking service’s workflow. i.e. In/Out Remittance, Deposits, Mutual Fund and Bonds

- Experience of writing standard, policies and manuals in applications

 (Temenos T24 application or other banking system support experience)

Technical

- Web/Application Server: Apache HTTP, Microsoft IIS

- Middleware: Apache Tomcat, JBoss Application Server

- Database: Microsoft SQL, MySQL

- Development Tools: Eclipse, MS Visual Studio

- External Interface and Programming: Java, Spring, XML, Visual Basic, VB Scripts



Others

- Language - English and Cantonese, communication, analytical/research, vendor network and management and project management
