Responsibilities
To support seniors in managing customers’ accounts and provide customer service through replying emails or phone calls
To assist Japanese sales representative in financial advice
To prepare different kinds of documentations and perform translation duties when necessary
To update and maintain data
To handle any ad-hoc duties
