Our client, a Japanese manufacturer of plastic products is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Responsibilities
- Assist to Sales Executive team with documentation
- Preparing documents for shipping, customs, quotation and invoicing
- Delivery arrangement, cooperating with other branches
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3 year solid working experiences in business operation and support
- Acknowledge of shipping, and customs documentation is advantage
- Good command in reading, writing and spoken English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Japanese is preferable
- Immediate available is preferred
Package
- 12K-14K
- Bonus 2 times per year
- 5 days(Mon- Fri, 9:00-17:30)
