Vice President (Investors Relation) - Securities

Our client, Japan's leading online securities company is inviting applications for the following requirements:






Job Duties:

Work within the IR & Marketing department of the securities firm to take on marketing support and IR responsibilities
Maintain relationship with existing and potential institutional investors (Japanese equities) in HK and Singapore
Distribute to investors marketing materials and ongoing communications
Respond to investor requests and queries on a variety of topics ranging from reporting, performance, strategy, etc
Arrange investor meetings, conference calls and roadshows
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties


Experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Business or Finance related 
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with knowledge or experience in Japanese equities 
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Japanese is an advantage
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good command in Power Point and Excel
